Prof. Raj Sandu is Dean of Technology at AIBI Higher Education, with more than 24 years’ experience bridging higher education and industry IT practice. He is an Australian Computer Society Certified Professional and has led the development and accreditation of AIBI’s Master of Information Technology (Cyber Security).
His research and professional interests include cloud computing adoption, cybersecurity (network security, digital forensics, incident response, and ethical hacking), AI applications in education, enterprise systems, and cyber governance. He has authored 30+ peer-reviewed publications with 800+ citations and received several best paper awards.
A committed educator and mentor, Prof. Sandu has supervised master’s research students, examined theses, and been recognised for sustained teaching excellence through Vice-Chancellor support references and Student Voice commendations. He contributes to academic governance and curriculum strategy focused on industry-aligned, research-informed learning.
