About Lei
Lei Guan is a Lecturer in Business Administration and Management with over six years of experience in higher education. She currently teaches across MBA and undergraduate programs at AIBI and other universities in Australia, delivering subjects in Marketing, Business Environment, International Business, Leadership, Systems Thinking, and Entrepreneurship & Innovation.
Lei holds a Master's degree in International Studies and a Graduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching. Prior to her academic career, she was associated with leading business schools in China and the United States, and brings approximately ten years of professional experience from multinational organisations including FedEx, Novartis, and Citibank, where she developed strong capabilities in strategic communication and cross-cultural collaboration.
In addition to her academic and corporate experience, Lei is an entrepreneur who has successfully operated a start-up business in Shanghai for over a decade. She is bilingual in English and Mandarin and brings a global, practice-oriented perspective to business education.
