Graduation at AIBI

Graduation is a special milestone celebrating the hard work and achievements of our students. It’s an opportunity to recognise your success, share the moment with family and friends, and officially mark the completion of your studies.

Graduation is the formal recognition of your academic achievement at AIBI and marks the official completion of your studies.

Our graduation ceremonies are formal events, hosted at an external venue, and include the presentation of testamurs, official photography, and a post-ceremony reception.

AIBI holds one graduation ceremony each year, celebrating students who completed their studies in the previous academic year. Graduation is typically held between March and April, and eligible students will receive a formal invitation via email.

Graduation Eligibility

You are eligible to graduate once:

  • You have successfully completed all required subjects in your course
  • All tuition and administrative fees are paid in full
  • Your qualification has been approved for conferral by the Academic Board and Board of Directors

Once approved, your award is formally conferred and recorded as completed.

Graduation Documents

All graduates receive official copies of their:

  • Testamur (Certificate)
  • Academic Transcript
  • Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS)

Students who attend the graduation ceremony will also receive a printed Testamur on the day.

If you graduate in absentia, your documents will still be issued and available for pick up for post

If You Cannot Attend

Attendance at the ceremony is optional. If you are unable to attend, your qualification will still be formally conferred, and you will receive all official graduation documents.
