Prof. Paul Khong is the Dean at AIBI Higher Education in Sydney and serves as Vice President of Communication for the Academy of International Business (Oceania Chapter). He has led AIBI through the successful accreditation of the MBA (Digital Transformation) program with TEQSA and oversees the Business Faculty’s academic operations across four campuses in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth.
Paul brings a strong blend of industry and academic expertise to his work. He has served as a Non-Executive Director at an Australian publicly listed company and previously led a boutique investment firm in San Francisco before relocating to New York, where he held the role of Vice President of Marketing.
He completed his PhD at The University of Sydney, where his doctoral research focused on the digital internationalisation strategies of firms from emerging markets. His work is grounded in extensive fieldwork, empirical analysis, and data collection. He is currently an active reviewer for the journal Learning: Research and Practice.
