About Carlos
Carlos Munoz is the General Manager at AIBI Higher Education, responsible for institutional strategy, operational leadership, and regulatory compliance across the organisation. He brings extensive experience in higher education management, quality assurance, and international education governance.
Carlos holds an MBA from UBSS and a Bachelor of International Business from EAFIT University, along with further postgraduate qualifications. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders (IML) and a Justice of the Peace in New South Wales.
His areas of focus include TEQSA and ESOS compliance, institutional strategy, and building sustainable operational frameworks that support academic quality and student success across AIBI's campuses.
