Luke Waldon is the Admissions Manager at AIBI and has held the role since August 2025. He graduated from Western Sydney University with a specialisation in History, Politics and Philosophy, with extensive study in ancient and medieval history and the evolution of the English language. He also completed a Graduate Diploma in Information Management at UTS, with a focus on Information Architecture (IA), Knowledge Management (KM), and Enterprise Content Management (ECM).
Throughout his professional career, Luke has worked in college admissions, prospective student recruitment, and compliance and reporting for fifteen years. His experience spans ELICOS, VET, and Higher Education within private education providers, with a particular focus on strategic growth in educational start-up environments.
Luke is passionate about supporting students and is strongly committed to embedding technology into everyday operations. His professional interests include the testing, implementation, and embedding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within admissions processes, including process automation, document and financial verification, and candidate screening and interviewing.
