The Student Support Framework articulates our commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment and to enabling students to engage with the local cultural, social, and business communities.

Recruitment & Career Advice

Our dedicated Student Recruitment team can provide you with information regarding the programs to help you decide about which program to apply for.

 As a student, the Student Recruitment team will be available to provide you with work opportunities related to your studies, and employment opportunities once you have graduated.

Student Services

Our friendly Student Services team can give you help and advice about admissions, orientation, enrolments, policies and procedures, counselling services, and are your first contact if you are unsure about anything.

The Student Services team are located at Reception.

Learning Support

The Learning Support team is available to advise on, and provide support with study skills, time-management, writing, preparing for a presentation, and maintaining academic integrity.

The Learning Support team also provides English literacy mentoring and tutoring, and assistance with the use of Library resources.

Academic Support

Our committed academic staff are available for individual or group consultation about your program, your progression, and strategies for success. Your lecturers are your most valuable source of information regarding an enrolled unit, and can advise on unit details and requirements, including assessments.

Your Program Coordinator is available to provide program details and graduate opportunities and advise on your overall progress and completion.

Library Support

Our helpful Library support team are available to advise and support you regarding all matters relating to accessing and using learning resources, including books, journals, and databases. The Library support team are located in the Library.

Personal Support

Counselling services are made available to students to support them in managing personal issues that could impact on their wellbeing and study, e.g. stress, anxiety, time management or motivation. Referrals are arranged through Student Services.
